DESCRIPTION:\n\nCouncillor recruitment is an ongoing challenge, and we face the need for new members more frequently than we’d prefer. While full elections every four years are an obvious opportunity, there are also unfilled and casual vacancies that arise outside those cycles. It can be difficult to retain committed councillors and even more challenging to attract new recruits.
