With an array of options and technical terms to consider such as sole tenders, quotations, ITTs and EOIs the procurement process can seem overwhelming at first. We will guide you through best practices to help you take charge of the initiation, drafting, and publication of documents. From tender/bid assessments to contract awards, we will help you master the crucial elements of successful contract management.\nThis training session is specifically tailored to meet the requirements of Town and Parish councils, providing comprehensive guidance on utilising Contract Finder and Find a Tender services.\nDue to the complexity of the material covered in this training it has been split into three one hour sessions delivered over three consecutive mornings:\nSession One May 7th at 11am:\n Understanding the current procurement environment\n\nQ&A\n\nSession Two May 8th at 11am:\n Deciding on the procurement strategy\n\nCreating the procurement documentation\nQ&A\n\nSession Three May 9th at 11am:\n Assessing and Awarding a contract\n\nContract management processes\nQ&A\n\nTraining Provider: \n\nAisha Elliott is a young professional with in-depth learning and training experience. A Law graduate with qualifications in Peer Mentoring, Business Support Services and Accountancy, she is able to enhance client propositions with a broad range of skills and knowledge allowing for the provision of coaching and support to organisations that operate both publicly and corporately. Over the last five years, she has worked with a wide range of organisations offering business skills, corporate mentoring and training across a variety of sectors and in the last three years, has delivered training to various Town and Parish Councils on a range of subjects – getting a deep understanding of the needs of those working in such environments.\nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given.
