The County Officer will advise clerks on the statutory obligations and discuss best practice during this session.\n\nCouncil and Committee meetings\nTerms of Reference and Delegation\nPreparing Agendas\nSummons and Notices\nPublic and confidential business\nEtiquette at meetings\nEssential elements of Minutes\n\nTime: 10am – 12pm\nLocation: Judges Lodgings, Aylesbury\nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given.
