The session also covers how to handle complaints about councillor conduct.\nWho can attend: Suitable for councillors and officers\nRunning time: 2  hours approximately depending on Q&A\nRemote Access: Joining instructions will be issued closer to the time\nTraining provider: Frances Webster, Solicitor \nFrances is a solicitor in the Town and Parish Council department of Wellers Hedley. \nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given.
