DESCRIPTION:This course will be presented by an active Neil Homer an independent planning consultant.\nRegistration will commence at 9:30am with the course starting promptly at 10:00am.\nRefreshments will be available during the day.\nWe will be looking at the opportunities and workload offered by Neighbourhood Plans, how to approach them, work to ensure maximum effectiveness, consider real challenges faced, both practical and legal.\nCourse objectives:\n\nto encourage those already involved to continue effectively\nto inform those thinking about reviewing a made plan about the route options\nto inform those not already involved in making decision to proceed or not\n\n \nSession 1 – neighbourhood planning as part of the English planning system\nSession 2 – opportunities & challenges for neighbourhood plans\nSession 3 – case studies & surgery\nLocation: Aylesbury\nTime: 10am to 4pm\nMembers: £60 per ticket\nNon-members: £100 per ticket\nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given.
