This session explores people management techniques and best practice from across the sector beyond, helping you to grow in confidence in being an effective manager, whilst getting the most from your team.\nCourse provider:\nThis course content is delivered by Breakthrough Communications who are NALC’s National Partners for advice, guidance and services on parish and town council communications and engagement, as well as Data Protection, GDPR and Freedom of Information.\nThe experienced team at Breakthrough Communications understand what good communication and effective compliance look like.
