DESCRIPTION:An introductory training session covering the basic principles of planning including policy, applications, appeals and enforcement.\nThis two hour session will also include tips on increasing the effectiveness of the responses that Parish and Town Councils send through to local planning authorities and the opportunity to ask questions of an experienced planning consultant who has worked for local Councils, a volume house builder, and a planning consultancy.\n Who should attend: Suitable for both Clerks and Councillors\n Course Tutor: Lance Wiggins, Director, Lion Planning\n Running time: 2  hours approximately depending on Q&A\n Remote Access: Joining instructions will be issued closer to the time\n Cancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given. However, this could cause an event to be cancelled if it becomes uneconomic to run.\n Members £50 per ticket\n Associate County Association Members: £50 per ticket\n Non-members £100 per ticket\n
