BMKALC Bursary

At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, those present and on line considered and approved a proposal for a limited bursary scheme to support clerks and councillors in our smaller councils with precepts under £25,000.

The Scheme provides the opportunity for applications for up to three CILCA – Preparing your portfolio courses and up to nine Councillor Essentials Parts 1 -3, which are all delivered by BMKALC within a single financial year.
