Making Neighbourhood Development Orders To Implement Key Policies – November 14th at 6.30pm

Neil will tell the story of how three local councils in Bucks and Essex have brought forward NDOs as a way of implementing key Neighbourhood Plan policies. Orders are a way of granting planning permission for locally supported schemes for council-owned, brownfield and Green Belt sites for example. They are therefore a powerful, if so far little known, tool for local councils to actively deliver change in their communities.
