Chairing Skills In-Person – Monday 30th of June at 6.30pm
Who should attend? Sitting Chairpersons, Chairpersons of Committees or aspiring Chairpersons.
The objectives are to:
- Introduce the roles, responsibilities and duties of the chairperson and the impact that an effective chair has on the profile of a council.
- Consider a chairperson’s contribution to effective meetings and council decision making and his/her partnership with the clerk.
