With a background in psychology, coaching and storytelling, Becky works with local authorities across the UK to build positive, productive council cultures. In this energising talk, Becky explores how when councils are at the heart of the local community, trusted and are working alongside, they can inspire real change and wellbeing in communities. Tapping into community engagement to counteract poor behaviour and, as Becky calls it, ‘Robin Hood’ conspiracy-driven negativity.
