2025 has been a bumper year for national planning legislation, with changes proposed and made around neighbourhood planning, appeals, strategic infrastructure, biodiversity net gain and many more areas. In Bucks and MK, further changes are expected as their respective Local Plans develop further. ONH will highlight the most important changes that Clerks and Councillors need to know alongside practical steps you can take now to prepare for further changes through the next financial year.
