Who are Future Nature?

Future Nature WTC is Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust’s wholly-owned Ecological Consultancy, providing a comprehensive range of professional ecological and environmental services to clients including Local Authorities.  Our specialist team of Ecologists offer protected species mitigation, surveys, ecological appraisals, as well as desk-based GIS mapping, landscape-scale planning and data services.  New development projects may require Biodiversity Net Gain Assessments using the DEFRA Metrics, habitat management plans and on-site Ecological Clerk Of Works.  We provide advice for Green Infrastructure, on-site habitat creation with the Building With Nature accreditation, and off-site off-setting options for Habitat Banking via BBOWT’s model.  Our Land Advice Service advisors draw upon 60 years of on-the-ground experience to offer specialist guidance to farmers and estate owners for rewilding and landscape-scale land management.  Future Nature also offers a Wildlife Gardening advice service to home owners who want to enhance biodiversity on their land.
