*New Date* – How To Review Your Neighbourhood Plan Planning Policies – October 5th at 10am to 1pm – In-person
A Neighbourhood Plan will normally last for five years at which point it should be reviewed
Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes are among the neighbourhood planning hotspots in the country. Many plans have been made since 2013 and a number have gone through (or are currently going through) one of the range of plan modification or replacement routes. The guidance for doing so is not as clear cut as one would hope and there are important principles to understand in order to retain the protection of national policy on housing numbers. Leading neighbourhood planning consultant, Neil Homer, will be running a session on his experience in modifying plans and lessons learned for others to follow.
