- A clear explanation of the legislation governing CCTV, what councils must consider before installation, and the day‑to‑day responsibilities that follow.
- Completing a CCTV Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
- Step‑by‑step guidance on how to complete a DPIA, including the practical knowledge and skills required to complete the form correctly and confidently.
- Conducting a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA)
- If your council uses Legitimate Interest as the lawful basis for operating CCTV, we will guide you through the LIA process, with examples of how to document your reasoning appropriately.
