Course Description
This course covers the lists below and deals with common problems, issues and mistakes and the costs that can be realised by burial authorities. The course will tell you how to avoid these costs and create potential new income streams. The following subjects are not exhaustive therefore any problems and issues raised by delegates will be explored.
During the online training, attendees can submit questions and comments using the Chat function. The trainer will answer these at the end of Session 2 and 4.
This is an interactive course and offers the opportunity to network with Officers from Councils across Northamptonshire to share best practice and ideas.

Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm over both days
Remote Access: Joining instructions will be issued closer to the time
Cancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given. However, this could cause an event to be cancelled if it becomes uneconomic to run.
