Effective people management is central to the success of every Council. These three practical HR sessions have been specifically designed for Councils, supporting Clerks, Councillors, and the whole Council to understand their responsibilities, reduce risk, and build confident, compliant, and well-managed Councils.

Whether you employ staff directly or are responsible for strategic oversight, these sessions will provide clear guidance, real-life council examples, and practical tools that can be applied immediately.

The sessions can be attended individually by the Clerk or Councillor or as a complete programme, allowing Councils to choose the level of support that best meets their needs.
