A village green is often imagined to be an expanse of grass in the centre of a village complete with trees and benches, or a carefully maintained recreation ground just outside the village. In fact, they are much more than that, and very varied.

In this training session you will learn about:

• Definition of a Village Green
• Village Green Register
• Effect of registration
• Management
• Ownership
• Responsibility for  maintenance

Running time: 1 hour approximately depending on Q&A

Remote Access: Joining instructions will be issued closer to the time

Cancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given. However, this could cause an event to be cancelled if it becomes uneconomic to run.
