Mastering Customer Service for Local Councils: Best Practices and Strategies for Dealing with Challenging Customers

Overview: In this interactive, in-person workshop, we will explore best practice for how local councils can provide excellent customer service as well as strategies for dealing with difficult situations and people. We will cover essential skills required for effective customer service, whether dealing with residents or external organisations, and how to use customer service engagement to improve the council’s proactive public communications.

  • Dealing with challenging people and situations

Running time10am to 3pm including refreshment breaks and lunch

Cancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given. However, this could cause an event to be cancelled if it becomes uneconomic to run.
